The cover is in original factory shrink, open on one end. The cover is in great condition. The plain white sleeve is in great condition. I will ship in plastic sleeves and proper shipping box. The record is in great condition. A couple small marks, but should not affect the playback. I do not have equipment to test the quality of the item. Please see pictures.
