This is an LP from KHJ Radio called Boss Goldens Volume 1 Featuring The Best of 1965, released in 1965 Stereo/KHJ 9365.  This would have been a fantastic release at the time for anyone able to acquire a copy.  
It features 12 big hits from 1965:

The LP plays a very nice VG++ to M- and is very close to M-.  The cover is a very nice VG+ with light wear on the front and back.  There is wear at the opening points at the top and bottom.  It does not look like there is any split.  This wear is only for about 1/8".  The seams are very solid.  The back cover shows photos of eight of their popular DJs of the time; Robert W. Morgan, Frank Terry, Gary Mack, The Real Don Steele, Johnny Mitchell, Sam Riddle, Johnny Williams and Steve Clark.  It is an excellent compilation of hits from the time.
