Visually graded condition of the disc is VG+ or better, with a few small marks / scratches we could see.
Cover is G+ (Good Plus) shape, with liquid staining damage and edge / corner wear as pictured.
Disc has a slight warp, is not cracked or chipped, and can use a small cleaning.
