Having a clearcut of my late partners record collection. This collection has been stored in the attic and not played for past 15 years. 

Please note the record grading is a visual one only under bright light as i do not own a record player. However i did pass the records on to a avid collector who priced them me according to their quality but did not grade them. I inspected each record referring to Goldmine grading but am a complete novice and will happily refund your purchase on return of the item if you are unhappy with it.
