Condition is New and SEALED, and ready to dispatch now - however there is water damage to the sleeve which seems to have happened during transit. Sleeve is still sealed, but appears that water has effected the top corner of the sleeve front and back. As item is sealed I would guess the inlay is also water damaged, but would assumke vinyl itself is fine to any water that may have gotten in (though cannot be sure due to seal).
