LPs, I playtest and report the surface distraction on the more expensive albums or the ones which the vinyl looks to be a problem ..... Many LPs appear NM but play with some surface or factory distraction …. especially in the quieter parts or between cuts ... also many LPs have surface scratches and appear to be VG and play beautifully ..... I am influenced by the Sound.
