This is a New and Sealed original LP by Rare Earth called Willie Remembers on Rare Earth Records R543L from 1972.  This is from my personal collection and is my favorite Rare Earth album.  The cover has a cut corner in the upper right corner.  There is also a tear in the shrink wrap about halfway down on the left, and a small tear at the center at the opening on the right.  There is also a bend in the bottom left corner.  I used to see Peter Rivera performing with the Classic Rock All Stars quite often and got this copy signed by him.  It is signed on the shrink wrap on the front.  I also have other sealed and used Rare Earth albums in my personal collection that are autographed by him, and also some that he, Gil Bridges and Ray Monette signed.  I used to go to Rare Earth concerts often also which is how I got the other signatures.  Contact me if you are interested in any and I can list them for you.
