Gatefold album has some residual sticker on the lower front, this was a promo copy that was sent to radio stations, but the former owner tried to remove the record company's hype sticker.  The gatefold album cover and the inner sleeve shows some minor evidence of water damage, some rippling, but there is no sign of any issues or problems on the record surface -- it looks great!  There is also extreme ring-wear at the top of both front and back.  The lower corner of the album is diagonally cut.  Please take a look at my detail photos...
