Released on the 4AD label, catalogue number CAD607.

A-Side: MPO CAD 607 A1 TOWNHOUSE. & B-Side: MPO CAD 607 B1 TOWNHOUSE.

 

Sleeve: VERY GOOD+

Record: VERY GOOD+/EX CONDITION (*Plays EXCELLENT) (Vinyl has been Tergi-cleaned.)

Inner Sleeve: VERY GOOD+ condition.

Sleeve has light touches of wear, no rips, seem splits or deep lined creases evident. There is a sticker on the front that says "NEW IMPORT".

Overall this is an awesome looking, and sounding, record. 

 

Clean labels, no spindle marks, surfaces retain the full glossy sheen.

No bad surface marks, minor hairline scuffs evident under light.

Record grades visually as VERY GOOD+/EXCELLENT IMO.

 

*Record tested plays VG+/EXCELLENT emits mainly clean sound throughout on both sides. NO SKIPS.

I played this record in it's entirety this morning and it sounds fantastic. No skips!
