This is a copy of The Beach Boys Today! The sleeve is in great condition except for a small patch on the front cover where a price tag was removed. The inner paper sleeve is ripped, but the original. The album itself appears to be VG+ or better (I am not a grading expert) but list as VG+ to be conservative.
