This listing is for a vintage 1978 vinyl record album, US Senator Robert Byrd Mountain Fiddler ,by County Records, still sealed in factory shrink wrap! Senator Byrd was a US Senator from West Virginia who served as a Majority Leader for quite a while. He is both infamous and famous in West Virginia history depending on who you talk to. What many people might not know is that he was also a distinguished musician.
This 1978 album contains 14 different fiddle tunes including: Turkey On the Straw Cripple Creek Don't Let Your Sweet Love Die Cumberland Gap Will The Circle Be Unbroken Old Joe Clark and several more!
Condition: At the time of listing I have 2 of these albums in very similar condition. Both have been preowned but appear to be still wrapped in the factory shrink wrap and never opened or played. There are some old price stickers and the shrink wrap has torn in some areas. The album designated as "Album 2" has some damage to the top left corner of the cover.  Please take a look at my photos and feel free to reach out with questions!
