Condition:  We had the opportunity to borrow a record player to test this before listing.  Record is in decent condition with very little static; I see two small micro scratches that do not affect playability.  Record could stand to be cleaned.  Inlay has some creasing and discoloration from aging.  Cardboard sleeve has seen a little wear with some color break in areas; there are two heavy scratches on the tree as well as two smaller ones (see photo) but they do not go through to the inside (see photo).   This record will be nestled between two pieces of corrugated cardboard and then placed inside a cardboard mailer for shipment.
