Been packed away for years. Never played but Noticed a small crack only on the one side near the center hole. Shouldn't affect play at all. Not through to the other side. See pictures. Other than that clean and good, just been stored for a good many years in a cool place.
Also listing a bunch of Kurt Cobain Nirvana t shirts. From a private collection.
Nirvana took the world by storm in the early 90s. They hailed from Seattle, and led the pack of awesome bands out of that area. The music was called grunge, but Nirvana was so much more. They were one of the most diverse grunge bands out there! Nirvana created many different styles of music, and their influence was legendary...plus the band is credited with ending hair metal. Stock in hairspray went WAY down after Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, etc. broke out and took over rock radio by force!
The first album to break big was, of course, 'Nevermind', released THIRTY years ago, in 1991! The cover was controversial, and the music was unforgettable. The big hit, which was also a groundbreaking video, is "Smells Like Teen Spirit", and it blew us all away! The David Geffen Company (DGC), in cooperation with Sub Pop (Nirvana's first, independent record label), released a 12" picture disc, in Germany. (This version was not released here in America.) The A side is the cover from 'Nevermind', and the B side has song titles and credits. Hard to believe its been 30 years,. An extremely RARE and scarce Nirvana collectible!
No returns.
It comes with TWO extra tracks, besides the title cut. The songs are the B sides of various versions of the single. The first extra track is "Even in His Youth", and extra track number two is "Aneurysm". These songs were unreleased before this single came out. The record itself looks great, and is still mostly all shiny and clean! Overall, a strong very good ++. Here's your chance to own a piece of music history, and celebrate its THIRTY year anniversary!
