KINGS OF LEON Use Somebody PROMO 7" 45 RPM Vinyl Brand NEW Unplayed 2009. It does have scuffing straight out of the sleeve as is common with new 7" records - see photos. This will not affect play.All 7" records have paper sleeves - when they are brand new at purchase there is typically light scuffing - if there are any major issues with the records other than how they were found they are noted. From my personal collection, stored on a shelf since the 1990s in a nonsmoking home. Please see pictures and item description for condition because returns are not accepted.
