It is The U2 - Under a Blood Red Sky - stereo 12" Mini vinyl lp on Island Records (90127-1-B.) 

The album is in Near Mint- Condition with a couple of very minor, very light scratches that caused no skipping.  The cover is in Excellent Condition.

I will combine shipping for the minimum cost per the post office
