The outer sleeve is in very good (VG) condition. It is still sealed. There is a lot of scratches and wear on the plastic but it seems to only be on the plastic and not the sleeve itself.
The vinyl itself is in mint (M) condition as it has never been opened. I did not verify this as I didn't want to break the factory seal.
