All vinyls are professionally cleaned on my VPI record cleaning machine. I always grade the vinyls for their condition BEFORE cleaning, So that you are sure to get as good or better as my grading. I employ a three-step process and cleaning your vinyls:
STEP 1: Sprayed with "plus enzyme cleaner solution", the most advanced in the market, with live enzymes to dig out the dirt, and cleaned with a firm vinyl brush, and one revolution around the VPI machine. STEP 2: Sprayed with "pure record rinse", an ultra pure wash, and then cleaned with a soft vinyl brush, followed by 10 or more revolutions around the VPI machine. STEP 3: Each side is then "zapped" with an antistatic gun and immediately placed in a brand-new record sleeve and packaged for delivery. And there you have a world class, original, vinyl record.

CONDITION:
The Vinyl: EX- CONDITION // I'm listening to it now, and it sounds superb. Really clear and clean and no background sound and even I'm using a cheaper unit right now. However, the paper has humidity damage, and some spindle marks, so that earned it a "minus". It might clean perfectly later but I'm not sure. But the vinyl is really premium sound. 
The Sleeve: EX- CONDITION // This also is a really nice cover but it has on the back top left the crease in the paper and so that earns it a "minus". Otherwise perfectly clean and nice and smooth cover.
