This auction is for a Brand New LP from OutKast. The album is still in it's original factory seal, but part of the seal is partially compromised on the back side: The seal is partially removed rith by Andre 3000's forehead (see photo # 3) Although not noticeable, the seal is partially loose toward the middle where they come together. There's a scratch mark towards the lower right hand corner (see photo #4)
