I bought this from a used record store here in San Francisco back in the 1980s.  I bought this as a Bowie Collectible, and have never played any of the discs.
I no longer have a working turntable, so I cannot grade the record by listening to it, only visually.  I'm trying to be conservative in my grading here.  It is very difficult to visually grade colored vinyl.  I would grade the vinyl as being in at least EXCELLENT condition.
The binder they came in shows more signs of wear, and when I look at the other "Fashions" sets offered for sale I see they have similar condition issues.  Specifically, the white cover has yellowed just a bit in the past 40 years!
One note:  This record store sold me this set came with a free set of paper sleeves that were labelled with a magic marker "Free with Bowie Binder."  That writing rubbed off a bit on the PLASTIC SLEEVE for the final disc, Ashes to Ashes.  You can see some remnants of that in the attached photo.  Just to be clear, it is on the clear plastic sleeve and NOT on the disc.
