I am located in Belgium and have acces to some great vinyl of Philips, Decca, EMI, DGG, ... Due to European Law, i will sent a official invoice inside your shipping package.
I use my own grading system (see below). I am still refining my grading system and detailing more so you know exactly what you can expect. I avoid selling record that have scratches that are deep enough to feel or are visible under normal light. I always grade my records under strong light.

100 Sealed 95 This record has probably never been played. No scuffs, spindle marks or tiny lines under strong light. Glossy vinyl in perfect condition.  90  This record has been played only a few times.  No obvious sign of wear.  A few tiny lines or small scuffs are visible under strong light. No spindle marks. Glossy vinyl. Looks almost perfect under strong light. 85 This record has been played before. Several tiny lines and/or scuffs are visible under strong light. Possible spindle marks. No scratches that can be felt.  80 This record has been played before.  Many tiny lines and/or scuffs are visible under strong light. Spindle marks.  No scratches that can be felt. 75 This record has hairline scratches that should not disturb listening quality. 70 A used record with visible scuffs and hairline scratches that will affect the sound but still in a acceptable way.  60 This record has been played a lot.  Scratches are deep enough to affect the sound.  This record is put for sale because of the limited production.
GRADING COVER
100 Sealed 90 Perfect sleeve.  The artwork has no damage. 80 Still close to perfect.  The corners show light wear.  No writing on the cover.  A sticker from the store is acceptable. 70 Small writing on the cover.  Colored.  Ring wear. Corners are slighty damaged. 60 This cover looks used.  Writing on the cover, split corners, colors have changed.  Damage because of sticker removal.
