I ship most items USPS Priority Mail but will ship UPS/FedEx if it is a customer request and for an additional shipping fee. Tracking numbers will be posted on eBay on the buyer’s Purchase History page. Most items ship out the same business day before 5 pm CST. After 5 pm CST, items will be shipped the next business day. We will expedite an order if you need it quickly, don't hesitate to contact us, and we can give you the expedited shipping costs and options. If your item gets damaged in transit, please get in touch with me immediately. If the tracking number for your package says it never got delivered, please get in touch with me immediately. If you have a problem with an item, please bring it to my attention. I'm very easy to work with. I will either replace it (if stock is still available) or issue a refund with the return of the original product, whichever fixes the problem for you.

Returns:

Returns are simple. If I made a mistake, I will gladly give you a full refund. If the return results from buyer error, the buyer is responsible for returning the item. I will refund shipping costs only if the return results from my error. Refunds will be made after the item is received and is verified to be in like condition from when it was shipped, so please pack returns very well.
