Landlord Feat Dex Danclair I Like It 12" Vinyl 1989 33rpm Promo Bigshot Records. Catalog # DJVS-137. Condition is used. Shipped with USPS media mail. Record is in VG, Very Good condition. A strong VG closer to VG+ except for the background noise which can be heard mainly at cue and in the runout grooves. There is close to zero noise between tracks. Record plays well and is flat with no warp. Cover is a white generic in VG+ Very Good Plus condition; DJ BPM sticker on lower right corner.
