Here we have the 1988 7-Inch French test pressing for the Pet Shop Boys' "Domino Dancing"
I purchased this on September 5, 2002 on ... eBay! And (this is rather unlike me), I actually kept the paperwork from that transaction which I'll send to the winning buyer.
It comes in a generic white cardboard sleeve.
In researching this, I discovered this test pressing is listed on Discogs:

The numbers on the runout on the test pressing are identical to those listed in Discogs.
The prior owner placed a small white sticker on the "A" side of the record as you can see in the photographs I've attached.
