UK LP, Parlophone PMC 7027 in mono, with The Gramophone Co Ltd... and Sold in UK... texts. The disc is unbanded. It has quite a lot of small scratches and other marks and would certainly benefit from a good clean. It does however play through without skipping. Matrix codes YEX 637-1 and YEX 637-2 with the letters GTD on side 1, GGL on side 2. No indented tax code, as far as I can see.
The cover and insert are printed in Germany. The gatefold sleeve is fully laminated with internal flipbacks in the gatefold. Some spotting on the front and back sleeves and the front has the remains of a price sticker (?) in the top right corner, if you're fussy like that. It may come off. The insert is almost excellent and probably worth the price of admission!
There is lots of discussion online as to whether this is an export copy or maybe just a UK LP resleeved wrongly in a German sleeve. Me, I'd probably go for the former, but I'm no Beatles expert. 
Bearing in mind the condition of the vinyl, you may be buying this just as an addition to your collection, so caveat emptor. (I've been to Emptor and there are no caves.) 
A couple more Beatles LP later this week, probably in about the same condition.
