Uriah Help LP Vinyl - Look At Yourself.
First UK Pressing - Bronze Records – ILPS-9169.
Outer sleeve - (VG) - Outer sleeve is relatively clean but has some dirtying to the front and back, some heavy creasing, light creasing, rubbing along the sides.
Inner sleeve - (VG) - Inner sleeve is relatively nice and clean but has a slit to the bottom and some creasing, browning and a rip to the top.
Vinyl - When I refer to 'scratches, marks, hairlines' these are not deep enough so that they can be felt by the finger.
Vinyl - ( VG+ - EX ) - Vinyl visually graded under bright light.
Vinyl looks nice and clean with the signs of a few - several very light looking surface marks which should not affect the vinyl playing very well. I feel that with the right set up the vinyl should play to a VG+ - EX grading pretty comfortably.
Record Collectors Grading System
Mint (M)The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.Excellent (EX)The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.Very Good (VG)The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptableGood (G)Te record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etcFair (F)The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.Poor (P)The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missingBad (B)The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler
