Up for auction is a Misfits Pink Splotched Colored Vinyl Legacy Of Brutality Album.
According to Misfits Central:
Glenn Danzig has explained that there were 3 variants that qualified as pink vinyl:
1. Very light vinyl with pink blotches
2. Red streaks on a pale pink vinyl
3. Darker "bubblegum" pink color overall
In addition: Colored vinyl copies have "S-15842" in A-side matrix and "S-15843" in B-side matrix. As this particular copy has. Here's What Happened: Between the red and white vinyl pressings, Glenn did not have the stampers cleaned, causing 16 of the 1000 colored vinyl copies to turn out pink. This is without any doubt one of the pressings with the pink blotches.
The record has never been played and I would grade it as Mint condition. The sleeve is in near excellent and it has been in a protective sleeve ever since I purchased it.
