EDEN KANE, autographed original 1st issue debut 1962 UK LP.

ACL 1133, original first issue 1962 UK Burgundy / Silver ‘Ace of Clubs’ / Decca record labels.

A first UK mono issue LP in original condition, featuring:

1. Eden Kanes, debut 1962 UK LP,

2. the front of the sleeve has been autographed by Eden Kane in black pen, it reads, ‘all the best Eden Kane, SGRRT 94’, being, ‘The solid gold rock and roll tour 1994’,

3. original ‘flyer’ from, The solid gold rock and roll UK tour, from September to November 1994 where the album was signed,

4. a hand written note from the previous owner, stating where the album was signed,

5. first issue mono matrix of 1A / 1A,

6. earliest ‘mothers’ of, 1/1,

7. comes with its original, period ‘Decca’ inner sleeve.

CONDITION:

THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in excellent++ condition, the sleeve is laminated on the front. There are NO ‘thumb’ creases. The two opening edges have remained clean and sharp. The spine is in very good++ condition and all of the text on the spine is clear to read. The rear of the sleeve features the original period 1960s ‘twin flip back’, top and bottom, ie fold over edges. There are NO splits, tears, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeve.

THE INNER SLEEVE: is in very good++ condition and is the original period ‘Decca’ inner sleeve. The two opening edges have remained clean and unworn. Theres NO pen writing, stickers or sticker residue on the inner sleeve. There is a 5mm tear to the front ‘die’ cut hole’ and a 10mm tear to the rear ‘die cut hole’. There is a split to each of the side edges.

THE RECORD: each side is in excellent++ condition. The record is made of the original period 1960s ‘thick, heavy’ vinyl. The record has remained very dark and glossy.

The matrix are: ARL 5649 – 1A and ARL 5650 – 1A,

The mother / stampers are: ‘1 C’ and ‘1 C’.

THE AUDIO: each side of the record plays excellent++, each side plays with excellent quiet grooves. The record plays with a full loud, powerful period mono sound. The record lays flat on the turntable.

THE RECORD LABELS: each of the record labels are in, overall very good++ condition, the record labels would have been graded higher but each record label has some small pieces of sellotape around the spindle hole !. Each of the record labels are free from any pen writing.

Postage and packing.

All records posted to a UK address will be sent 1st class and to be signed for on delivery.

Packing - all records are posted with multi layered card stiffeners for protection. Before posting, the record is removed from the records original inner and outer sleeves, the record is then put into a second inner sleeve to minimise any damage that may occur while in transit.

The record / sleeves are then put into a plastic sleeve for further protection.

Discount will be given on postage for multiple purchases.

In the UK – there maybe an additional cost for insurance as the seller has no protection if the item goes missing in the post, therefore post and packing charges may vary.
