ALERT!!!   Yes this item is brand new/sealed, not used, however there are 2 places on the rear of the cardboard sleeve that are slightly torn/ripped (see the last 2 photos).  No surprises!   The price would have been at least $75, but due to the damage on the back sleeve....price has been discounted.  If you purchase, I suggest only unsealing the side you retrieve the record from.
