Bought new around release date, played few times. Sleeve still has shrinkwrap and hype sticker, just opened along the edge to remove record. Would say record and sleeve are both VG+.
Cleaned recently with my Record Doctor VI and placed into a MoFi inner sleeve (original was just a paper inner sleeve, no longer have). Includes insert (see pics).
