This is in really really good condition. I am only selling it because I decided my Phil Spector box set was enough for me. There are some great songs here and the inside of the gatefold, along with the insert (all pictured) are great additions. Highly recommended two record set. I will keep the music safe and ship quickly. Thanks for looking.
