VICIOUS RUMORS - Digital Dictator VINYL LP "cut-out" (1987 Shrapnel, US).  Record is in mint condition, Cardboard Sleeve is in VG+ condition & very glossy, but has the cut off corner and some wear on the bottom spine. Insert is also VG+, but also has the cut-off corner.
