We use eBay's Global Shipping program for International Shipping so we cannot give a shipping quote for International sales, nor do we make any money from International shipping. Record - VG - Jacket - VG - There are scratches that could cause surface noise. The jacket shows some signs of wear including a 1-2" split on the bottom.
