Offered for sale is a 12" vinyl LP of 'Any Day Now', the tenth solo album from Scott Walker, previously a member of the Walker Brothers. The catalogue number is CBS S 80254. This is the original pressing from 1974. The album did not sell very well and failed to chart in the UK, so copies of this original pressing are pretty hard to find nowadays. 

The vinyl itself is in good condition for its age, and appears to have been played very little. The vinyl is still quite glossy, and though there are light surface marks and light scratches (please see the pictures for the worst of these), it plays through fine with no skips or jumps. The labels are generally clean - there are some spindle marks to both sides, but there is no handwriting anywhere and no stickers. 

The picture sleeve is quite good for its age. It is a little bit worn along the edges but nothing major. Other than this it is nice, with no splits or tears anywhere. 

The record comes with a printed inner sleeve. This is a bit creased but is in good condition for its age, and has done its job of protecting the record itself. 

Overall this is a nice example of this record in a fairly good sleeve. It is not pristine by any means, but it is a nice, solid example of this very rare early pressing.
