Rapture is the second album by American vocalist Anita Baker, released in 1986. It became Baker's breakout album and earning her two Grammy Awards. The album's first track, "Sweet Love", was a top 10 Billboard hit. The album up for bid is in VG++ condition.

The cover is in VG++ condition.  The are no splt seams and only very mild signs of wear along the bottom edge.  The front and back covers retain their gloss.  The album looks like it just came off the shop shelves (minus a the shrink wrap).
The paper inner sleeve is in EX condition with no tears or split seams.  The sleeve contains the song and lyric listings on one side and the reverse side has a photo of Ms. Baker, along with production information.
The recording is clean and tested.  The sound is crisp and there is no skipping of the tracks and very little background noise.  The record surfaces show no signs of wear, scratches or scuffs.  Record labels are intact and clean.
I am the original owner and this album has been played 3-4 times since its release.
Applying the Goldmine standards for grading records, overall this one rates VG-VG+ in quality.  This album will satisfy the requirements of novice, intermediate and even some audiophile listeners.  Thank you for viewing this post and enjoy the music.
