The album contains a total of 12 ballads, including "Tidal Wave," a Tatsuro standard, "It's A Pop Pin' Time," a live masterpiece, and "Tokiyo," a cover of Minako Yoshida's album "Let's Do It - Love Is What You Think It Is. This is an oishii best album! The best album "COME ALONG II" released in '84, which is a nonstop connection between Katsuya Kobayashi and KAMASAMI KONG DJs, and "TATSURO COLLECTION", a compilation of songs from "CIRCUS TOWN" to "MOONGLOW" released in '85, were released together with the "86 medium ballad masterpieces" album, which was unauthorized by Yamatatsu himself. This album is a compilation of the best songs of '86 medium and ballad, which was released on the label's own and unauthorized by Yamatatsu himself, along with the "TATSURO COLLECTION" compilation of songs from "CIRCUS TOWN" to "MOONGLOW. It starts with "Overture," which was the first song on his 3rd album "GO AHEAD!" released in 1978, followed by "Minnie" from his memorable solo debut album "Circus Town" released after the breakup of Sugar Babe in '76, and "Tidal Wave," which became a Tatsuro standard (included on "GO Ahead!"), "Storm" from the 4th album "MOONGLOW" released in '79, and "Live" by Danny Hathaway and Curtis Mayfield at the Roppongi Pit Inn in March 1978 as if it were the Bitter End of N.Y., all with the same cool quality as "CURTIS / LIVE". The album also features "Tokiyo", a cover of Minako Yoshida's album "LET'S DO IT - Love Is What You Think It Is", and "MY SUGAR BABE", a song about the former Sugar Babe group from their 6th album "RIDE ON TIME", released in 1980. The album also includes "MY SUGAR BABE," a song about the former Sugar Babe group, "TOUCH ME LIGHTLY" (on MOONGLOW), a song for The Kingtones & Marie, "FUTARI" from "FOR YOU" released in 1982, and "MIND BLOWING DECISIONS" by HEATWAVE, a song that sounds like it was based on "Mind Blowing Decisions" by HEATWAVE. The album includes "Good Night" (on "Ride On Time"), which seems to be based on "Mind Blowing Decisions" by Heatwave, and other 12 ballads, which Yamatatsu himself was unwilling to select!
