Shooting Rubberbands at the Stars is the debut studio album by Edie Brickell & New Bohemians, released on August 9, 1988, by Geffen Records. The album went 2× platinum in the United States.  The album up for bid consists of 10 tracks and has a run time of 48:22.  It includes the group's hit single, "What I Am".
The cover is in VG+ condition.  There is no sign of wear along the edges and the covers have no tears, creasing, markings or signs of disc wear.  The front and back covers retain their gloss and there is no discoloration.
The inner sleeve is original, but there is a tear along the left sleeve of this paper sleeve.  For added protection, I have enclosed the recording in an anti static vinyl sleeve.
The recording has been cleaned and tested using Audacity.  There is no skipping of the tracks.  The recording is clean and crisp.  There is very little to no background noise, even in the quiet spaces between tracks.  The recording surfaces show very mild wear with no scratches or scuffs.  The surfaces retain their sheen.  All labels are intact and clean.
I always clean, listen and test every record I list on EBAY. I do this in insure that I can give as accurate a description for each album I list. I also try to follow the Goldmine standards on grading records. I do this as a service to the buyer, as well as, to maintain my own reputation.
