GG Allin & The Holy Men- You Give Love a Bad Name 1987 US Maroon vinyl LP Homestead Records HMS 069: The first in the duo of GG’s brilliant Homestead released albums, “You Give Love a Bad Name” is remarkably the more musically coherent of the two, featuring original Prong bassist Mike Kirkland in the lineup. This copy, one of the first 2000, is pressed on a dark maroon vinyl, and includes the “limited colored vinyl” hype sticker affixed to the front cover. The 8.5” x 11” lyric/ liner notes insert is included, and has some staining on the upper corner of one side, see photo for details. Minus this, the set remains in lightly used condition, with only light wear along the bottom seam, and little evidence of play. VG+/VG+
