GRADING:
I use the Goldmine grading system. Following are the grades for record albums, from best to worst:
Vinyl:
(M) Mint. (Not used unless record is still factory sealed) .
(NM) Near Mint.  The record has been opened, but appears perfect.  
(VG+) Very Good Plus. Some minor imperfections which should not affect play.

(VG) Very Good. Has flaws that are starting to affect play - surface noise, a few scratches, etc.
(G+) Good Plus.  Good does not mean bad. The record should still play without skipping. Significant surface noise and groove wear. Label is worn, with significant ring wear, heavy writing, or obvious damage caused by someone trying to remove tape.
(G) Good. Significant surface noise, scratches and possible visible groove wear.
(F) Fair. Nearly unplayable. I don't list records in this condition unless the record is extremely rare/in demand.
