Peter Pan Records, the producers of this LP album, usually make kids records. I no longer have a record player to actually hear this orchestral album but I am impressed with these fantastic movie theme titles...namely Star Wars, Empires Strikes Back, 2001 A Space Odyssey, and Close Encounters of the Third Kind. I'm assuming the music is big orchestra style. Please review the photos to access the actual 12" vinyl. Notice too that there are splits in the cardboard cover. The cover art is unusual and the back cover is too. This album is from 1980 making it FORTY-FOUR YEARS OLD and heading toward half a decade in age. I believe that if you are a fan of any of these epic space movies, you will love owning this piece. I'm calling it rare and hard to find. There were just a couple copies on eBay. Hoping you are looking for something unusual to add to your collection!
