The Beatles - Please Please Me on Black & Gold Parlophone label with Dick James credits.

The record plays well with crackle in-between songs, to be expected for its age and unfortunately skips twice at the end of I Saw Her Standing there as well as towards the end of Twist & Shout.

Apart from this it sounds really good on my turntable. The record has scratches but nothing deep and the labels don't have too much wear which is unusual for this kind of pressing.

It's the E.J. DAY sleeve with Angus McBean photo credit at the bottom right of the sleeve. Unfortunately the sleeve has split as pictured at the bottom but can still house the record etc. There is also some staining and general wear all over which I tried my best to picture.

Inner sleeve is in great condition with no splits etc just some slight discolouration.

The record has the Dick James credits on tracks A1,A2,A6,A7,B4 and B6 making it a true first pressing of this album and an absolute grail to Beatles collectors.

I honestly hate to let this one go but I'm saving up for a trip to Liverpool with my Girlfriend this year and I have no doubt I will be inundated with Beatles stuff to buy so I have to sell off this absolute grail. Hope it goes to a loving home and feel free to ask any questions.

Sold as seen thank you!
