Comes with a SIGNED Insert. Signed by Lenny Kravitz. The signed insert is 11"x11". The one you see in the photo is the one you will get. Notice that it has a small crease in 1 corner. This is how it came. The record is sealed in a wrapper that can be opened and closed again (that's how I took the photo of the signed insert).
