This is an unusually nice PS, there is very little wear and the biggest flaw is a crease that is noticeable on the front probably from conforming to the record shape as it moved around. I've seen a lot of this sleeve and usually a lot of wear and ring wear, but this one just has very minor issues and still looks sharp and crisp "M-" The record looks barely played if at all, I see some superficial marks and smudges and some dust, not cleaned so if down professionally would appear as almost new "M-"
