Per Wikipedia, That's the Way of the World is the sixth studio album by Earth, Wind & Fire, released in March, 1975, by Columbia Records.  The album rose to No. 1 on both the Billboard 200 and Top Soul Albums charts.  It has also been certified Triple Platinum in the U.S. by the RIAA.   The album spent three weeks atop the Billboard 200 chart. That's the Way of the World also stayed on top of the Billboard Top Soul Albums chart for five weeks altogether.  The recording up for bid is a 1975 release by Columbia Records and consists of 8 tracks that include the hit single "Shining Star".  The recording has a run time of 38+ minutes.
The cover is in VG/VG+ condition.  There is only very mild wear on the corners and no visable wear along the seams.  There is mild disc wear on the front and back covers (see photos).  The interior covers of this gatefold album are without fault.  There are no tears, bent corners or markings on the entire covering.
The paper inner sleeve is original and the recording is housed in a lyric sleeve.  However, the sleeve has two split seams and I have replaced the original with a new sleeve.  The original will be enclosed on shipment.
The recording has been cleaned and tested using Audacity.  All tracks are free of skips and there is very little background noise.  The sound is clean and clear.  The record surfaces show few signs of wear and the faces retain their gloss.  All labels are clean and intact.  This is a very fine recording from EWF that was a major influence on the music scene in the 70's and beyond.
