This is the excellent album Murmur by REM. Released in 1983 on the IRS label (catalogue number SP 70604) this will be a vital addition to your REM collection. I have played the album and would grade the vinyl as excellent, it would be near mint but there's a couple of small clicks on track 1 side 2 but this doesn't diminish the sound. The album cover I would grade as near mint. The track listing can be seen on the photos.
