I bought this new when it came out - listened to each vinyl one time (so they're all play tested - no issues noted). Never opened the booklet, so it should be Mint. This is a complete set, still in the shrink with the hype sticker. Photos here are the actual items you will receive - I didn't take all the records out to photograph them, but can take requests if you need to see something specific - they are all NM...sharp corners on covers, etc. The only way you're getting a nicer copy of this is an unopened one, with a premium price...and it still might not be as nice as this copy!
