The Fachwerk focus swings back in favour of Senor Rydell with this killer five track emission traversing the expected house and techno productions as well as some illuminating drone-laden soundscapes. It's the latter style that opens proceedings on the Propose EP, "Matin" reminding the Juno team of the excellent Jahiliyya Fields LP on L.I.E.S., with layer upon layer of crystalline sound and smudged vocals coalescing in wonderfully vivid patterns. After this short opening suite, "Alchimie Du Verbe" veers towards a more familiar dusty house foundation, yet the arrangement is still filled with expansive swathes of dreamy sonics. Flip over for something altogether more nightmarish, with "L'Eclair" reminiscent of a swarm of cyborg wasps congregating nearby, though thankfully this soon passes into the delightfully bumpy "Mauvais Sang" while the fractured Utopian stylings of "Jadis" completes this release in style.
