Universally hailed as one of the best grindcore albums ever, Prowler in the Yard, along with all Pig Destroyer's output, for me, has always stood head and shoulders above other grindcore. Something about the combination of grinding riffs and relentless drum battery and especially JR Hayes' lyrics painting brutal portraits of love and sanity and childhood all gone awry... those who pay attention to the whole package in the music here will be rewarded again and again with a strangely soulful kind of hardcore music.
Suffice to say this is no ordinary grind album. People I've known have either loved it or hated it. For some, it may very well be a solid friend in a cold world, the kind of friend who will back you up in a fight; I say this from experience, weird as it sounds.
I hope to pass this on to someone who will really appreciate hearing it on vinyl. Collectors are also welcome

Outer sleeve is in near-perfect condition except for a small dent on the bottom left from storage. The inner sleeve has all song lyrics (worth reading along) and a live band photo on back. The vinyl was played once on each side and is clean as can be.
