The sleeve is at least EX+ all the edges are sharp with minimal ware and the spine text is  clear, the inner flame sleeve is in near mint condition (Mint-) one of the cleanest I have seen with no splits or stains, the labels and vinyl are in at least EX condition on this 1967 UK Parlophone album issue PMC7027 by The Beatles - "Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band" a very nice clean copy and the matrix and stampers are Side1 YEX637-1 stampers 4  RT, Side 2 YEX 638-1  stampers  1  RD
