Payment

We accept PayPal payments which allows buyers to use a card to pay without setting up an account.

We accept payment by eCheck through PayPal, however, please understand this can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the Paypal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheck payment clears, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours.

 

Shipping

We offer Free Shipping whenever possible, however, on items that we do charge shipping on, please be aware that there is more to the shipping cost that the price of a stamp. Our shipping costs include delivery charges, packaging, handling charges and insurance where required. We are a fair price seller with transparency about the price you will be charged. We always price our shipping to allow you to provide a 5 star rating when giving feedback.

Without exception we can only ship your purchase to the address you supplied through PayPal at the time you made payment to us. This is a necessary security measure which is a PayPal requirement not ours.

We reserve the right not to ship to an unconfirmed PayPal address for high value items. You will be informed of this in good time if it becomes necessary.

US Delivery
USPS 1st Class : Normally 2 - 3 Working Days
USPS Priority Mail : Normally 2 - 3 Working Days
USPS Parcel Post : Normally 5-10 Working Days
USPS Express Mail : Normally next working day
UPS Ground : Normally 5-7 Working Days

Drop Shipping/Provide your own label

We offer drop shipping and the option of using your own shipping company, we do charge a $5 handling fee for this.

International

USPS Priority Mail : Normally 10-14 Working Days depending on country.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

Lost Items

Unfortunately on rare occasions things do go wrong with shipping, we are fully committed to resolving everyissue, however, we will only send replacement items once USPS or UPS have confirmed that the item is lost.

All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee + original shipping charges. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping.
