Promo copy of Ramones' 1987 album, Halfway to Sanity. THIS ALBUM HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED. It was mailed to a music reviewer but never played and sat on a shelf in a climate controlled environment. Hence why I rate it NM. Basically, it's new, the only "use" it's received is being handled by the postal system – the record itself has never been played. Truly an excellent find.
